With the latest update of WordPress, the drag and drop feature has been changed. While the new version isn’t ideal here is how to do it.
- Select the block you will want to move.
- Next to the Quation icon, you can click the up and down arrows to move the block
- To drag the block simply click and hold on either the up arrow or down arrow.
